Is there a free trial? +
We don't do free trials — we do real prices that don't suddenly triple after 30 days. €7/month for the Mini plan. No credit card gymnastics, no "whoops you forgot to cancel" surprises.
Where are your servers located? +
Poland. Specifically chosen for low latency across Europe and excellent connectivity globally. If you need a different region, yell at us — we're expanding.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth? +
Nothing catastrophic. We'll reach out before any throttling kicks in. We're not in the business of silently wrecking your app at 2am on a Friday.
Do you offer backups? +
Automated snapshots are available from the panel. We recommend setting them up the moment you deploy, before your future self sends you a very disappointed email.
How does billing work? +
NeoSpace runs on a prepaid credit system. You load credits into your account upfront, and your VPS costs are deducted from that balance. No surprise invoices, no "we'll charge you later" nonsense — if the credits are there, your server runs. Simple as that.
Can I get a refund? +
Sure. Just send a formal written request, notarized by a judge, translated into Latin, and faxed to our headquarters. We don't have a fax machine. Or a headquarters. (Don't do this, we don't do refunds.)
